Built for the client handoff.

A one-person software company making client file delivery feel professional. No VC, no sales org, transparent pricing.

I built BulkShare after watching the same handoff fail over and over. Freelancers and agencies would ship great work, then end the project with a generic we.tl link the client half-trusted. Half the time the file expired before they downloaded. The other half, the sender was chasing "did you get it?" for a week. The link carries someone else's brand, the landing page is generic, and you have no idea if the client even opened it.

Most file-sharing tools are built for internal teams or mass storage. The moment you send a link to a client, you're using infrastructure designed for a different job.

BulkShare is my answer — the delivery layer that sits on top, the part your clients actually see. Your own domain, password protection, expiry, and enough analytics to know whether the handoff landed. One plan at $29/mo, a 7-day free trial, up to 5 team seats. No enterprise complexity, no per-seat games.

Three things I believe

  1. How you hand it off changes how they value it.

A great deliverable sent through a sketchy link gets undervalued by the client without them even noticing. The wrapper is part of the price.

  2. Most teams don't need a DAM.

They need a link the client clicks first try, an open ping so they can stop chasing, and a password when the work is sensitive. That's it.

  3. Pricing without games.

One plan, every feature. Yearly saves 30%. No per-seat upcharges. No 'contact sales' to see a feature already listed.

Common questions

BulkShare was built by Api Alam, a full-stack developer focused on making client file delivery simpler and more professional for agencies and freelancers. It's a solo-built product — no team, no VC, no sales organization.

Project handoffs slip when the link looks sketchy, the client forgets to check, or the file expires before they get to it. BulkShare fixes that — branded link they click first try, real-time open alerts so you know it landed, password and expiry that match the project lifecycle.

Yes. Every signup gets a 7-day free trial of the full plan — card required. Pro is then $29/mo (or $240/yr — save 30%): custom domain, password, analytics, 1TB storage, and up to 5 team seats with no per-seat upcharges.

WeTransfer and Dropbox solve 'send a file'. BulkShare solves 'close the project'. The branded link gets clicked first try, you see the open in real time, you bill the milestone without chasing 'did you get it?'. It's the handoff layer — not another storage product.

On Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest. Application on Vercel. Metadata on Neon Postgres. No third-party data sharing, no model training on user data.

Yes — that's the core Pro feature. Add a subdomain (files.your-agency.com), verify DNS, and every share link uses your domain. Up to 5 domains per Pro workspace.

Yes. Pro workspaces support up to 5 team members who can upload, share, and manage files together.

Pro features stay active until the end of the period you paid for, plus a 5-day grace window. After that, the workspace downgrades to the free tier — files stay; Pro-only features go read-only.

Honest: I can't promise forever, but I can promise transparency. BulkShare is bootstrapped, profitable on Pro, no outside investors. If anything ever changes, users get advance notice and export tools.
