How do I connect my BulkShare account to Telegram?
Open @BulkShareBot on Telegram, press Start, then click "Connect BulkShare Account". You'll be redirected to sign in with your BulkShare email. Once authenticated, your Telegram is linked automatically.

Is there a file size limit on Telegram uploads?
Telegram's bot API has a 20MB file size limit. For larger files, the agent provides a direct link to upload on bulkshare.cloud. Your BulkShare account supports files up to 200MB on the free plan.

Yes. Free plan users get 10 AI messages per day with full file upload and sharing capabilities. Pro users ($12/month) get unlimited AI messages plus custom domains, password protection, and team workspaces.
Is my data secure when using the Telegram agent?
Yes. Files are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. The agent authenticates via signed, expiring tokens — your BulkShare account credentials are never shared with Telegram. All uploads go directly to Cloudflare R2 storage.
