Post-conference slide pack
Every speaker deck from the day in one link on the event's domain. Delegates enter their email and download. The link closes when the follow-up campaign ends.
Conference decks, training packs, and delegate materials on slides.yourconference.com. Attendees open one link, enter an email, download. You see who took what, and the link closes when you say.

For events, conferences and training providers
After a conference, delegates want the decks. Speakers want them shared properly. Your team wants to stop answering 'can you resend the slides?' for three weeks. BulkShare gives each event brand its own subdomain, such as slides.yourconference.com, so one link carries the whole pack. Attendees enter an email, download, and you see who took what. Pro covers 5 domains and 5 seats for $29 a month, which is enough for a small events team running several brands.
From the final speaker deck to the follow-up email, one link per event.
Add slides.yourconference.com in the dashboard and point one CNAME record at BulkShare. SSL is automatic. If you run several brands, add up to five domains on the same plan, one per brand.
Drop in the keynote, the panel decks, the programme, and the delegate welcome letter. Rename files so they read well on a phone. Create one link for the folder and give it the event name and date.
Require an email to download so you have a record of which delegates collected the pack. Set the link to close a few weeks after the event, when the follow-up window ends.
Put a QR code for the link on the last slide of the day. Send the same link in the thank-you email. Anyone who missed it can still get it from your domain, not from a transfer service they don't recognise.
Privacy
Public-sector delegates and corporate attendees often sit behind strict email filters. A link from a generic transfer domain gets flagged, quarantined, or ignored. A link from your own event domain gets opened. Speaker decks with unreleased data can be password-protected, and every link has a close date so old materials don't circulate forever.
Every speaker deck from the day in one link on the event's domain. Delegates enter their email and download. The link closes when the follow-up campaign ends.
Workbooks, slides, templates, and reading lists for one course intake. Same link for the whole cohort, expiry matched to the course end date.
A policy events company running three conference brands gives each one its own subdomain. Same workspace, same team, different domain on every link.
Send each speaker an upload link so decks arrive in the right folder, named properly, before the AV team needs them.
Floor plans, brand guidelines, logo files, and delivery schedules for exhibitors. Password-protected, sent once, tracked so you know who has read it.
Multi-gigabyte video files that email cannot carry. One branded link, no attendee account, and a download log for the sponsors who paid for the session.

slides.yourconference.com with a folder per event date scales better than a new domain for every edition. Delegates learn the address, and last year's pack stays findable under the same brand.
'Panel 2 — Regulation update — Jane Smith.pdf' beats 'final_v3_JS.pdf'. Most people open the pack on a phone in a taxi. Long descriptive names win.
The last slide of the day is the one everyone photographs. A QR code to the pack link there cuts the 'please resend' emails more than anything else you can do.
If the thank-you email sequence runs for four weeks, close the link at five. Speakers are happier when their decks are not circulating six months later.
When you send the speaker upload link, ask in the same email whether the deck can be shared with delegates. Leave a deck out of the pack rather than share it without a yes.
Sponsor packs contain floor plans and commercial terms. Give them their own password-protected link so the delegate pack never carries anything commercial.
No. A delegate opens the link, sees the event page with your branding, enters an email if you have turned that on, and downloads. There is no sign-up and no app to install.
Yes. Turn on 'require email' for the link. Each download is recorded against the email entered, so you know which delegates collected the pack and which files they took.
Yes. Pro includes up to 5 custom domains on one plan. A team running three conference brands can use slides.brand-one.com, slides.brand-two.com, and so on, from the same workspace.
Yes. Set an expiry date on the link when you create it. After that date the page stops serving files. You can extend or close it early at any time.
Leave that file out of the pack, or put it in a separate password-protected link for the people who are allowed to see it. Each link has its own files, password, and close date.
Pro includes 1 TB of storage and transfers up to 100 GB, which covers full-day slide packs and session recordings. Attendees download over a normal browser connection.
Adding a subdomain takes a few minutes: add it in the dashboard, create one CNAME record with your DNS provider, and SSL is issued automatically. Building the first pack takes as long as dragging the files in.
